Australian Taekwondo Championships - 22-24 September 07.

A team of 1 Poomse and 10 Sparring players ventured to Adelaide for the 2007 Australian Championships.

In all only 2 players missed out on medals.  The highlight of the day was Byron Coleborne winning his 3rd Successive Black Belt title.  Byrons victory was the only Queensland title inthe Black belt Open division.

Louise Port fought in both the Open Fin and Masters division picking up a medal in each.  Joanne Hartmann in her first nationals in more than a decade earned a bronze medal.  Thomas Power fought well all day but ran out of stem in the final and finished with a silver medal.  Ben Hartmann ourmost senior fighter was unlucky to meet Hamza Jubran from Jordan in his first fight.  Hamza, eventually went on to win the Open Light weight division.
